Important Announcement Regarding FFCU's Online Bill Pay Service
Beginning January 3rd, 2012, Florence FCU will have a new online Bill Pay service vendor, CheckFree.
HOW WILL THIS AFFECT MEMBERS USING ONLINE BILL PAY?
The last day Members can use the current online Bill Pay service for transactions or access their account information will be Friday, December 30th, 2011. If you currently have automatic recurring payments scheduled, they will NOT be paid after December 30, 2011, and will need to be set up in the new online Bill Pay system before they will be paid in January.

WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO BEGIN USING THE NEW ONLINE BILL PAY SERVICE?
Members will be able to sign up for the new online Bill Pay service and start scheduling transactions on Tuesday, January 3, 2012.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO DO TO USE THE NEW ONLINE BILL PAY SERVICE?
Payee information and payment history from the current online Bill Pay service will not be available after December 30, 2011, and will not be carried over to the new online Bill Pay service. Members will be required to register their Payee information in their CheckFree account prior to scheduling any payments. It is strongly recommended that you compile a list of your Payees and also print a copy of your payment history for your records prior to the service change. Instructions on how to do this will be sent to active Bill Pay users via email and will also be available at the credit union.
HOW WILL I ACCESS THE NEW ONLINE BILL PAY SERVICE?
Members will still access online Bill Pay by clicking on the Bill Payments link in the Services Menu when you are logged into their FFCU account in NetBranch. This will open a new browser window or tab displaying your Bill Pay account.
IF I DON'T CURRENTLY USE ONLINE BILL PAY, HOW DO I BECOME ELIGIBLE?
Online Bill Pay services are available to any Member of FFCU who has an open Checking and has online access set up for their account via NetBranch. There is no service fee for online Bill Pay.
