Coming Soon: Fraud Text Alerts
Coming November 4th:
We’re excited to introduce a new security feature designed to provide members with an added layer of protection against fraud! Starting November 4th, cardholders will receive fraud alert text messages as a first line of defense to help identify and prevent potentially fraudulent activity on their debit and credit cards.
If suspicious activity is detected, you will receive a text message asking you to verify whether you authorized the transaction in question.
Remember:
- FFCU will never ask for sensitive information
- If you are uncertain of the validity of a text, you can always call us directly.
This new feature gives you another way to stay informed, respond quickly to suspicious activity, and help protect your money.
