Women's Day: Celebrating the Women of Our Credit Union

Celebrated on March 8th of every year, International Women's Day is a moment to highlight the achievements of women across economics, politics, culture, and society overall. Just as importantly, it serves as a global call to action for gender equality and continued progress.

Although the financial industry attracts men and women in nearly equal numbers, a gender gap remains—especially in leadership. Research consistently shows that while women enter the industry at similar rates as men, they often face greater barriers to reaching senior leadership roles.
